Sour and fruity, it will flavour your vinaigrettes and brighten up your salads, fennel or sorbets.
- 1 oz White Balsamic Vinegar with Grapefruit
- fresh basil or mint leaves
- Sparkling water or Sparkling wine. (like CAVA)
- 1 Oz of Aperol (Optional)
- ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
In a glass, add the balsamic vinegar and the leaves. Slowly add the sparkling wine and mix. Add the ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wedge!
